Piano Teachers
If you are a piano teacher, it is absolutely necessary for your piano to always be in tune. While you are teaching piano, you are also training their ears. Also, it is impossible for your students to learn proper technique without having your piano properly regulated. There are about 20 adjustments that can be made to each key of your piano. That is over 1,000 adjustments that may need to be made! At a regular rate of $35 an hour that can add up fast. These adjustments are made once a year to your piano if on an Annual Service Contract (ASC). This will greatly enhance your student's experience with learning the piano- not to mention how much more you will like playing it! This service is custom tailored to your particular needs.
School Districts/Churches
If you plan on owning your piano for a significant amount of time then regular service is crucial. Over time dirt and all sorts of other objects find their way into your piano. These materials can cause significant damage and additional wear to your piano's action, keyboard and strings. On an ASC we will clean your piano annually in addition to the regulation and tunings that are performed.
If you do not own your pianos or if they are leased or rented, these pianos also require the same level of maintenance. Piano manufacturers recommend that you have your new piano tuned at least 4 times within the first year and 2-4 tunings each year afterwards. We will take care of any of the required maintenance required by the manufacturer.
An Annual Service Contract (ASC) for all pianos include the following:

In the touch-up tuning we come and clean up unisons and touch-up any necessary adjustments.
You may also add cabinet coverage to your ASC. An initial touch-up service may be necessary in order to add this service to your contract. Cabinet coverage includes minor dings and/or scratches. It does NOT cover water marks caused by plants or other "user errors" caused by water.
